Every third Sunday of January, Cebuanos, foreigners and local tourists gather on the streets to celebrate the Sinulog Festival. The celebration lasts for nine days, culminating on the final day with the Sinulog Grand Parade. The Sinulog is a tribute to the Cebu patron, Sto. Nino.
